Mrs Adetutu Alimi is an accomplished Operations and Risk Management Expert who sits as Group Head, Operations at Xpress Payments, with over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets and banking sector. She understands the need to balance operational risks as well as business operational processes to obtain an optimum level for stakeholders. Her cautious and calm approach to her work has reflected in her credibility within the industry. She is very strategic in thinking and has been able to attract the attention of high-ranking veterans in the industry.As Group Head, Operations, she is responsible for the entire day-to-day business operations of the Company with the management of key departments such as Customer Experience Management, Settlement and Reconciliation as well as PTSP Support. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she has a degree in Accounting. She has attended various training courses locally and internationally, such as the Clearing and Reconciliation Operations from Mastercard International, Dubai and Fletcube Upgrade Training from Oracle, India.
