Mrs. Temitope Ajanaku

Mrs Temitope Ajanaku is a seasoned Accountant and Finance professional with rich experience spanning over 17 years in Corporate Finance, Risk Advisory, Auditing and Financial Planning. As Executive Director, Finance and Admin. at Xpress Payments, she is responsible for overall Financial Strategy and Direction, Smooth Operations of Internal Processes through her support in Human Resource Management, Administrative Services and Corporate Communication. Within Finance, she guides the Operations, Treasury, Shareholder Relations, Accounting, Tax and Internal Audit functions to pursue the Company's aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients and investors' expectations. Prior to joining Xpress Payments, she was a Risk Advisory Consultant at Ernst and Young Nigeria for nearly a decade, building strengths in areas such as Financial Reporting Systems, Profit and Loss Reporting (P&L) and both Financial Strategy and long-term Budgetary Oversight, with an abundance of international and local experience. She holds a BSc in Accountancy from Birmingham City University and a Master’s in Accountancy and Finance from the same institution. She is a Fellow, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is also a Non-Executive Director at Oak Pensions Limited and Ibolo Microfinance Bank.
